In violation of medical protocol, a nurse at Deans West Clinic, Madison was called out of surgery, just to be informed by the manager she is being served the pink slip. A Spokesman of the hospital did confirm there was other clinical staff with the patient when the nurse was being called out, but confessed it was a violation of medical procedures.
